If you are on regular medication, you will be issued with a repeat prescription form. This can be placed in the request box at reception and please allow two working days for processing.

You are now able to order your repeat prescription via our secure online form - CLICK HERE

If you are requesting that we send your prescription to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope and allow two working days plus posting time.

Alternatively your prescription, once processed at the surgery, can be passed to one of the chemists listed below from where you can collect your medication.

Please allow three working days for this procedure.
