All you will need to do is enter your date of birth and your telephone number we hold on file for you and follow the instructions when you call.

Not all appointments can be booked this way. Please be aware it will still be possible to speak to a Receptionist.

Appointments

All surgery attendance is by appointment only.

Routine GP appointments can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance, these can be a face to face appointment or a telephone appointment.

If you require an urgent appointment the receptionist will take your details and a GP will call you back the same day. Some problems can be dealt with over the telephone thereby avoiding the need for an appointment or a home visit, if it is decided that you need to be seen they will invite you into the surgery or if it is necessary they will arrange a home visit.

Where possible, continuity of care is encouraged so please try to request an appointment with your usual doctor. If they are not available you will be offered an appointment with another doctor.

When phoning the surgery the Receptionist will ask for an indication of your problem, to assist in directing to the appropriate clinician.
