Suggestions, Comments and Complaints

We value feedback on the service that we provide and any problem that you may encounter.

We try our best at all times to meet patient needs but welcome any constructive comments, suggestions and complaints that would help us to improve the way in which the practice operates.

There is a Suggestion Box in the waiting room.

Alternatively, you may contact us and:

  • Talk to a Receptionist or the Patient Service Manager
  • Tell us about your experiences anonymously, Take the Friends and Family Test
  • Complete a Complaints Form (available at reception)
  • Write to the Patient Service Manager

We acknowledge receipt of complaints within two working days and investigate fully within a further ten working days.
